Terms & Conditions
The Giveaway is promoted and executed by Sendinblue.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to Sendinblue clients (Users) of all countries, in which Sendinblue is available, aged 18 years or over.
Notwithstanding the above, the Giveaway is not open to employees of Sendinblue and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or granting the prizes of the giveaway.
Giveway period
The Giveaway starts on April 13th, as soon as the Users receive a Newsletter announcing the beginning of the Giveaway and ends at 23:59 (11:59 PM) CEST on May 2nd, 2023.
The period of this Giveaway can be extended by Sendinblue solely.
How to enter
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Giveaway.
By entering this Giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Users can participate as much as they can through a dedicated form. Nevertheless, the last submitted request will be taken into consideration for the final draw. Sendinblue does not bear any responsibility for late entries or entries not received for any reason.
Follow these steps to enter:
1. Look at your email inbox between April 13th and May 2nd and open the giveaway newsletter sent by Sendinblue, then click on the "Enter now" link.
2. Submit a proposal for our new name via the dedicated form.
The prizes are:
Prize 1: Macbook Air with M1 chip, 256GB storage (x2) ($999 value each)
Prize 2: Sendinblue Starter plan for 1 year including 100,000 emails per month ($750 value)
Prize 3: Package of new branding goodies ($60 value)
No cash or other equivalents of the prize will be offered as an alternative. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Determination of the winner
The winners will be chosen at random by software, from all good entries received and verified by Sendinblue. We will then order by date of submission to prioritize the prizes. The winner will be notified via email within 72 hours of the closing date.
The winner will only ever be contacted by Sendinblue. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
In the event that no participant is able to find out the new name, Sendinblue will randomly pick a winner to receive the Prize among the entries sent.
Sendinblue will notify the winner about how the prize will be collected.
By entering this Giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Participation to the Giveaway and future use of the prize
Sendinblue is not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Technology mishaps
Sendinblue assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, late, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, of the failure, interruption or delay of any email or other communication to be received, for any reason; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction or, or damage caused to, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

By participating in this Giveaway, you agree and confirm your consent that Sendinblue is allowed to process your personal data. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree and confirm your consent that Sendinblue is allowed to communicate with you.
Miscellaneous provisions
The Giveaway will be promoted, announced in Sendinblue’s dedicated landing page and newsletters only. If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, it may be terminated at Sendinblue’s sole discretion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Sendinblue and not to any other party.
Severability
If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
Discrepancy
In case of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be settled by negotiation. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be finally settled by French Courts and the dispute shall be resolved on the basis of the laws of France.
